A customer uses our D380*4.8*84Z*60mm – YH tooth form (right pic), for chipboard  / particle board cutting, it cuts 180K meters, 2 months, without re-sharpening.  In the past, the same customer used traditional T tooth form, it cut 30K meters.  Both are PCD saw blades.  As it is E0 type chipboard / particle board, less impurities, traditional PCD blade can cut but life time is much shorter than ours.

That means, the user does not need to stop the machine for changing the saw blade in two months if using our blade.
